Exhibitors receive a generous package of a 6' draped table, two chairs and wastebasket; one 110volt, 20amp, electric outlet.; two complimentary individual exhibitor registrations (additional representatives will be charged $75); exclusive Exhibit Hall Reception Sunday evening; breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon breaks on Monday; participation in our online Virtual Exhibit Hall (March-May); and your company's contact information and category listing in the exhibitor program.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Albany Hotel (formerly the Albany Crowne Plaza soon to be Hilton) at 518.427.3038 and ask for the NYS Conference of Mayors rate.

The Hotel Albany is the meeting headquarters for the 2012 Winter Legislative Meeting. All sessions and meals will be at the Hotel Albany.

PLEASE NOTE: During the Winter Legislative Session, rooms at the Albany Hotel sell out quickly.  Our room block will be released on FEBRUARY 6, 2012, so please register immediately.
